Doctors-experts

We assess and medically evaluate injured parties who require our services, whether at the request of the affected person themselves, their lawyer, insurance company or, derived from any other type of requests that may be made.

Expert reports

We prepare and issue expert medical reports, based on the Assessment of Bodily Damage and calculation of compensation in cases of:

Traffic accidents.
Work accidents.
Common accidents such as everyday falls or domestic accidents; or, as a result of negligence, due to accidents on public roads, in public establishments, neighborhood communities, among others.
Determination for requesting work disability (partial, total, absolute or great disability) due to a work accident or occupational disease.
Preparation of "medical counterreports" issued by forensic experts or IML/EVIs of the INSS, for appeal or lawsuit against resolutions of degree of disability.
Injuries.
Injuries due to domestic violence or gender violence.
Medical negligence, errors and malpractice.

Court Assistance

We offer Trial assistance from our team of medical experts. In these cases, your statement will be necessary when the parties have not been able to reach an agreement on the scope of the possible injuries and, consequently, on the pertinent compensation in favor of the injured party, so the doctor in charge of preparing the expert report in question must go to court in order to ratify it and defend its content against the opposing party.

In particular, our team of medical professionals assists in ratifying your reports to the Courts throughout Spain. However, the territory where they usually provide their services includes Alicante, Torrevieja, Orihuela, Murcia, Elche and San Javier. Likewise, we went to the Superior Courts of Valencia and Madrid.

Development of the expertise

An expert opinion or expert study consists of the analysis of all the clinical documentation related to the accident to be treated, generated from the initial moment of the case, until the injuries can be considered stabilized.

As a general rule, an in-person consultation is necessary to assess the current state of the injured person, in order to carry out the appropriate physical examination, evaluation of the physical and/or psychological state, assessment of possible scars and taking photographs of the patient’s current physical state. .

After evaluating all the indicated data as a whole, the conclusions and results of the study will be issued, in an Expert Report. Specifically, in the Medical-Expert Report carried out, an Assessment of the Bodily Damage suffered will be made, with a calculation of the economic compensation to be paid. receive from our client, based on:

Type and number of days in which the injured person has been off work or totally or partially prevented from carrying out the daily functions of their daily life and to what extent this situation has affected them.
